About Delivery

We deliver by courier to addresses in the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all off-shore islands except the Channel Isles). We also deliver, under separate tariffs, to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and selected EU countries. We are pleased to offer free delivery to selected Hobbs stores in the UK. Regrettably, we do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

In the case of deliveries by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address.

A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest depot, or to arrange a re-delivery.

Delivery within the UK

For delivery in the UK, we offer four services.

  • Delivery to a UK Hobbs Store (selected stores only, up to 10 working days) - Free
  • Standard UK Delivery (up to 5 working days) - £4.00
  • Next Day Delivery (order before 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day guaranteed delivery)* - £6.00
  • Saturday Delivery (order before 4pm on Friday for guaranteed Saturday delivery )* - £6.00

*Please note that this service is only available to addresses in the UK mainland. This excludes postcode areas beginning BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE, KW, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, FK, KY also KA27-28, PA20-88, PH19-44 and PH49-50

Existing Order?

When our carrier collects your parcel from us for onward delivery, you will receive an order despatch email with unique tracking link. Please use this to check on the progress of your existing order.

International Delivery

We currently offer international shipping to the following destinations:

  • Europe Zone 1 - £12.00 (Eire, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, France, Germany)
  • Europe Zone 2 - £16.00 (Denmark, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland)
  • USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - £20.00

For Europe Zones 1 and 2 orders, your order will be dispatched promptly and delivered within 5 -10 working days. For US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand please allow up to 10 days.
