About Delivery
** Please note: This week (13th May 2013), we have a reduced delivery service due to enhancements we’re making to our warehouse systems to better serve our customers. Therefore, UK Next Day deliveries won’t be available between 15th – 20th May and UK Saturday deliveries won’t be available on 18th May. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.**
How we deliver
We deliver by courier to addresses in the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all off-shore islands except the Channel Isles). We deliver, under separate tariffs, to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and to over 50 international destinations. We also offer free delivery to selected Hobbs stores in the UK.
In the case of deliveries by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address.
A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest depot, or to arrange a re-delivery.

*Please note that this service is only available to addresses in the UK mainland. This excludes postcode areas beginning BT, GY, G83, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE, AB, DD, FK, KY also KA27-28, PA20-88, PH19-44 and PH49-50. Regrettably, we do not deliver to BFPO addresses.International Delivery
