Returns are free within the United Kingdom, and you have a choice of three methods: returning to a Hobbs store; via Royal Mail; or using our new Collect+ service. You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned with the Delivery Receipt unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
