We deliver by courier to addresses in the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all off-shore islands except the Channel Isles). We deliver, under separate tariffs, to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and to over 50 international destinations.
We also offer free delivery to selected Hobbs stores in the UK & Eire with our Click & Collect service. You can now order by 4pm and receive your delivery to store the next working day to England and Wales. For orders placed on a Saturday, your delivery will be received in store by Monday. This will typically take up to 3 working days to Scotland and Eire.
In the case of deliveries by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address.
A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest depot, or to arrange a re-delivery.
