Tracking your delivery
To track your order please visit MetaTrack and enter the Delivery Reference number found on the email you received after placing your order online.
If you have any concerns regarding your delivery, you can contact DPD 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday (GMT).

Please be informed that if your order contains more than one item it may arrive in multiple parcels.
For Click & Collect orders: please disregard any communication from our couriers (DPD) regarding the arrival of your parcels - our store team will let you know when your order is ready for collection via a confirmation email.
Placing an order by phone
If you are unable to find the piece you’re looking for online, we may be able to find it for you in one of our stores. This service is not available on sale and outlet items.
