TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive email confirmation with tracking details from one of our couriers. If part of your order has been sent from one of our stores, you may receive multiple confirmations from multiple couriers.

If you have any concerns regarding your delivery, you can contact Customer Services by email at email@example.com or you can also now chat to us in real time between Monday-Friday 10am-4pm (GMT) – simply click on the chat button on the bottom right hand side of the screen to start a chat.
For Click & Collect orders, please disregard any communication from our couriers regarding the arrival of your parcel/s. Our store team will let you know when your order is ready for collection via a confirmation email.
Please be informed that if your order contains more than one item it may arrive in multiple parcels by multiple carriers.
